Not All Real Estate Firms Are Created Equal
Roatan Land & Homes
Our Real Estate office is strategically located on the main street in West End, the most vibrant community on the island. This area gets the most foot traffic on the island.
We are owned by an island family who’s been helping visitors buy and sell real estate in Roatan since 1991.
In fact, we are the oldest, and most trusted real firm on the island and year after year, we continually rank with the very best, most productive real estate firms on the island.
Marco
Marco is a life-long island native and has been a real estate broker in Roatan since 1991. He has tremendous knowledge of the island, the sea, land ownership, new construction, and how to get things done in Roatan.
Marco prides himself on the friendships he makes with customers, and many of his customers continue to invest and sell through Marco.
Marco knows how to find the right deals for buyers and is not afraid to approach unlisted property owners to find a great deal in a good location for a buyer.
Marco is a serious fisherman and has won the Roatan International Fishing Tournament several times. Marco and his wife have raised two children on the island. Their daughter Mandy is an attorney in Florida, and their son Chris owns a water purification company in Roatan.
Mike
Mike Wittry has lived in Roatán since 2012 and brings decades of real estate experience to the Bay Islands. Prior to relocating to Honduras, Mike worked as a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and Michigan, where he successfully brokered more than 2,400 real estate transactions. His background gives him deep expertise in representing both buyers and sellers and in negotiating strong, well-structured contracts.
After moving to Roatán, Mike quickly realized how much he missed real estate and returned to the profession by partnering with Marco and forming Roatan Land and Homes, combining his U.S. brokerage experience with on-the-ground knowledge of the Honduran market.
Mike is deeply involved in the Roatán community. He has served as President of The Rotary Club of Roatán for three separate terms and spent 12 years as President of the Keyhole Bay Homeowners Association in West Bay. Together with his wife, Christtel, he also owns Roatán Boutiques and Pies Bonitos Sandals, with retail locations in West Bay.
Mike specializes in helping foreign buyers understand every aspect of investing in real estate in the Bay Islands—from ownership structures and due diligence to lifestyle considerations and long-term planning. He is known for his patient, no-pressure approach, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and make sure clients feel informed and confident at every step. He is always happy to answer questions about expat life, island living, and what it’s really like to own property in Roatán.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Mike volunteering on Rotary International projects or enjoying a round of golf at Pristine Bay’s Black Pearl.
Delzie
Delzie is a life-long island native. She is the glue that holds our office together and keeps us focused and on target.
The sign in her office very accurately explains her position within our firm. Her sign reads, “Do you want to talk to the man in charge or the woman who knows what’s going on.”
In addition to being very well known on the island, Delzie served as Assistant Mayor of Roatan and therefore has tremendous experience and know-how in how best to get things done within the Roatan Government.
She and her family have raised two children on Roatan. Delzie enjoys fishing, boating, and catching up with old friends on the island in her free time.
Tricia
Born and raised in Baton Rouge La. Attended LSU and is an avid Tiger football fan.
I first came to Roatan in 1983 on a humanitarian aid mission. The moment I stepped off of the plane onto the coral runway, I knew this would one day be home.
After raising my daughter and selling real estate in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Florida I moved to Roatan in 2006. My daughter and I started Caribbean Colors Vacation Rentals in 2008.
We specialize in property management, rentals, and real estate. I worked as a real estate agent at Infinity Bay from 2016-2021.
When not working, I can be found in or on the Caribbean sea or on the back of a horse or rescuing animals. I have seen so many changes in my 38-year history with Roatan and my knowledge about all things Roatan is vast. I am very excited to be working with the oldest real estate firm on the island and this amazing team.
He has a passion for Tropical Horticulture, enjoys Global Travel, swimming in the ocean, and mountain biking.

No Surprises Means:
We work hard to ensure you completely understand the process (buying or selling) and we offer our opinions, recommendations, and suggestions on how to maximize your benefit in working with us.
Sometimes this means that we talk a buyer out of considering a property because they’re not seeing the complete picture.
Sometimes this means we don’t provide a falsely high valuation number that a seller wants to hear.
